The Condition Of Hemorrhoids Popping
A very unpleasant topic of conversation may be a medical condition known as hemorrhoids. This topic may be unpleasant not only because of the area of the human body that is associated with hemorrhoids, but because the condition is of a very personal nature.
However, because this condition can be very common it is important to understand how hemorrhoids are formed and one specific type of hemorrhoid that can be experienced by individuals. That particular type of hemorrhoid is internal hemorrhoids.
How Hemorrhoids Are Formed
The medical condition known as hemorrhoids is caused by the unnatural swelling of the veins located in the rectal or anal area of the human body. Hemorrhoids can be caused by a number of factors.
Some of these factors that cause hemorrhoids could be unhealthy eating habits of an individual, lack of fiber, minimal exercise, pregnancy or childbirth, etc. These factors can create an irritation in the anal area due to unhealthy bowel movements.
When this irritation occurs, the tissue of the surrounding area of the anus becomes swollen, may become itchy, inflamed and eventually the area becomes painful. Subsequently, the swelling or edema creates pressure in the anal area, which in turn expands the walls of the veins. This expansion is caused by an increased blood flow. Ultimately, this whole process results in the medical condition known as hemorrhoids.
Internal And External Hemorrhoids
Internal hemorrhoids are those hemorrhoids that are found in the distal portion of the rectum or anus area. These types of hemorrhoids can protrude outside of the rectum during a bowel movement. This process is known as hemorrhoids popping. Following the individual’s act of nature, these types of hemorrhoids return to their internal position. Generally, if an individual experiences the hemorrhoids popping from the anus there maybe bleeding.
However, in more severe cases of internal hemorrhoids, the process of hemorrhoids popping may occur without the retreat of the hemorrhoids back into the rectum area. In the event of this situation of hemorrhoids popping there will most likely be bleeding. Often during this stage of hemorrhoids popping the individual may need to push the hemorrhoids back into the anus.
The severest stage of hemorrhoids popping is the protrusion of the hemorrhoids from the rectum accompanied by the fact that they cannot be pushed back. This particular stage of hemorrhoids popping can be a very painful condition known as incarcerated hemorrhoids. This condition may necessitate the need for hemorrhoids surgery.
Treatment
The best way to treat internal hemorrhoids and to prevent the condition known as hemorrhoids popping is through a proper diet. In addition, a proper diet should be combined with a daily exercise regimen.
This will help to normalize the individual’s bowel movement and thereby minimizing the strain involved in responding to nature’s call. This normalization will help to reduce the formation of internal hemorrhoids and the condition known as hemorrhoids popping.
